Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms & Conditions document, "Asian4D", "we", "platform", or "company" refers to the entity operating the website and services available at asian4d.world. "You", "member", or "user" refers to any individual who registers for or uses Asian4D's services. "Account" refers to a user account registered on the Asian4D platform. "Games" encompasses all wagering activities including Live Casino, slots, Sports Betting, match odds, and E-Sports available on Asian4D. "Funds" refers to the amount of money in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) held in your account balance.

By registering an account or using any part of the Asian4D platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and Asian4D.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use Asian4D's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Asian4D may require age verification at any time, and accounts will be suspended if verification cannot be confirmed.
• Be located or residing in Malaysia at the time of using the platform. Asian4D is a platform designed exclusively for Malaysian players.
• Not to be on the list of individuals who have self-excluded from gambling, whether voluntarily through the Asian4D program or through any other applicable order.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and are not acting as a representative or agent of any third party.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on Asian4D. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual – whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, identification numbers, or devices – is strictly prohibited. Breaching this condition may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and winnings held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. Asian4D reserves the right to verify this information at any time by requesting supporting documents such as a national ID, utility bill, or other appropriate documentation.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on Asian4D are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Asian4D does not accept or process any foreign currency. Accepted deposit methods are limited to Malaysian local payment options, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX (including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks). Deposits made through other methods will not be accepted and may be returned after applicable administrative charges have been deducted.

The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. Deposits are processed in under 5 minutes for all supported e-wallet and FPX methods. If your deposit has not been credited within 15 minutes, please contact our customer support team immediately with proof of transaction.

For withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your Asian4D account. Asian4D does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Asian4D reserves the right to request full identity verification before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit.
• Withdrawal processing times depend on your VIP tier — from 60 minutes for Bronze members to 15 minutes for Diamond and Elite members.
• Asian4D reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where there are signs of suspicious activity or fraud currently under investigation.

Bonus & Promotions Rules

Asian4D offers a range of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including a first deposit bonus, weekend reload bonus, weekly VIP cashback, and special festive promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each promotion.

The general terms applicable to all Asian4D bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus has a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements generally range from 1x to 20x depending on the bonus type.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be used for gameplay in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• Each promotion has a stated validity period. Bonuses not utilised within that period will expire automatically.
• Asian4D reserves the right to void any bonuses obtained through illegitimate means, including the use of multiple accounts, system manipulation, or coordination among members to exploit promotions.
• VIP cashback bonuses are calculated based on net weekly losses and credited automatically every Monday. VIP cashback carries a 1x wagering requirement only.
• Asian4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Game & Betting Rules

Asian4D offers several game and betting categories, including Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger), slots, Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, and international leagues), match odds, and E-Sports (MLBB, Dota 2, CS2, Valorant, and more). The general betting rules at Asian4D are as follows:

• The minimum bet for most games is RM10 per wager, unless otherwise stated in the relevant game section.
• Maximum bet limits depend on your VIP tier — from RM5,000 for Bronze up to RM50,000 for Elite.
• The results of all games and matches are final and cannot be contested once the transaction has been confirmed.
• In the event of a system failure or technical disruption during gameplay, Asian4D reserves the right to void the affected bets and issue the relevant refunds.
• For football and e-sports betting, wagers accepted before the start of a match remain valid even if the schedule or venue changes, unless the match is cancelled entirely.
• Asian4D is not liable for any game outcomes resulting from internet connectivity issues on the member's end.

For Live Casino games, all rounds are conducted by specially trained professional dealers. The dealer's decision is final in any situation not explicitly covered by the written game rules. Any disputes regarding live casino game outcomes will be resolved using the video recording of the relevant round.

Account Security & Member Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Asian4D account. This includes keeping your password confidential, not sharing your login credentials with anyone, and ensuring you log out when using a shared device. Asian4D recommends using a strong password with a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.

Asian4D offers a two-factor authentication (2FA) system that is strongly recommended for all members. Enabling 2FA adds an extra layer of protection, preventing unauthorised access even if your password is compromised.

Your responsibilities as an Asian4D member include:

• Keeping account information such as your phone number and email address up to date whenever changes occur.
• Notify Asian4D immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Not to transfer, sell, or assign the account to any other party.
• Ensuring your account usage complies with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia.

Prohibitions & Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Asian4D platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities on the platform to gain a financial advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Asian4D platform for suspicious financial activities.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or odds through coordinated betting.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving rudely towards support staff or other members on the platform.
• Registering an account on behalf of anyone under 18 years of age or who has self-excluded from gambling.

Asian4D employs a sophisticated fraud detection system that continuously monitors all account activity. Any activity showing signs of a breach of these terms will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken without prior notice.

Account Closure & Suspension

Asian4D reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time if these terms and conditions are breached. In cases of serious violations such as fraud or money laundering, termination may be carried out immediately without notice and all balances may be frozen pending investigation.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the Asian4D customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to the applicable withdrawal terms. Voluntary account closure takes up to 7 business days to complete.

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity administration fee of RM10 per month until the account balance is depleted or the account is closed. A notice will be sent to your registered email address before this fee is applied.

Asian4D's Liability Limits

Asian4D provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis and makes no representations or warranties beyond those explicitly stated in these terms. Asian4D is not liable for:

• Any service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or actions taken by authorities.
• Any financial losses incurred by members as a result of unfavourable game outcomes – all wagers and game results are risks borne entirely by the member.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Asian4D's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the liability claim being made.

Responsible Gambling

Asian4D is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all members. We provide the following tools and resources to help members manage their platform usage:

• Deposit Limit: Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in their account settings. Limit increases will only take effect after a 7-day waiting period.
• Betting Limit: Set a maximum bet limit per transaction to keep your spending in check during a gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary account suspension ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. Takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed early.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent account closure for those who need a long-term break from gambling. This process cannot be reversed without an extended waiting period and a thorough review.

Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Your continued use of the Asian4D platform after any amendments to these terms take effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and request a withdrawal of any eligible balance before the changes come into effect.

This Terms & Conditions document is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate Malaysian courts.
